Ideally, the student should look forward to the first piano lessons.  A good teacher will try to make the lesson enjoyable for the student, with stickers and other small incentives—and fun tunes to play.

If you are an adult, for example, just learning piano online for example, take your time with your tutorials.  The first lessons may be easy or challenging , depending on your learning style.  Don’t be discouraged as learning anything new takes some adjustment as you need to get used to the tutorials and course progression.
